Notable Facts: As a management consultant, Henry has conducted hundreds of profit improvement projects involving productivity, quality, maintenance, reliability, strategic change, performance improvement, for companies in twenty countries of Europe and America.
He lectures internationally on a wide range of subjects of his experience, including conferences in USA, Europe and South America, in the five languages he speaks fluently. He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers (USA), Member of the IAM Institute of Asset Management (UK) and SMRP Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (USA).
Henry is an RCM2 – Reliability Centered Maintenance – Practitioner, certified by the late John Moubray, author of this technique, founder and former managing director of Aladon Ltd.
Since 1990, Ellmann Sueiro has been a member of The Aladon Network and licensee for RCM2 in Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries. Lately they have introduced IVARA’s asset management techniques and Ivara EXP software. (Ivara is the Canadian Consulting and software Co. which aquired Aladon LLC in 2006).
