About Bradgate Sylvester
The primary focus of this company is to deliver RCM2 training and development to new customers, both at home and in a number of overseas territories. It is based about 100 miles North of London in the town of Loughborough, home to an incredibly successful engineering and sports university. RCM2 training is regularly offered at high-class facilities on this magnificent university campus, although the company also takes the same message to numerous other locations at home and overseas (wherever it is needed most). Training courses have been delivered and consultancy support offered in countries ranging from the deserts of North Africa to the ice/snow of Scandinavia.
Our Lead Consultant and Managing Director is Mike Charleston, a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and graduate of Loughborough University (see side panel). He was first trained as a practitioner by John Moubray more than 20 years ago.
Bradgate Sylvester Limited is a new name to The Aladon Network in 2011, having taken over activities operated by a previous Network member, MC Associates International. The new company intends to actively promote the benefits of RCM2 within its home country and as this website shows, develop the availability of RCM2 expertise in a number of overseas territories too.

Notable Facts: Mike Charleston is an engineering graduate from the United Kingdom (Loughborough University). He has been a Chartered Mechanical Engineer (CEng, MIMechE) and a Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (MIOSH) for 20 years. Formerly employed by Anglo American and Alcan amongst others, he has extensive international experience of maintenance and business consulting within Europe, Scandinavia and Africa. His early engineering career was followed by many years of consultancy in oil, gas and petrochemicals. Mike now specializes in a mix of these roles.
In 2011, Bradgate Sylvester became a Network Member, taking over the business previously undertaken by MC Associates International Limited.
