CONSULTING SERVICES

In addition to RCM2 training, the Aladon Network provides extensive on-site support to help clients ensure that they get the most out of RCM. This support takes two forms:

Technical Support

Our consultants help to ensure that your facilitators, review groups and RCM2 auditors apply RCM2 correctly, and so ensure that your organisation derives the most benefit from this process. This support usually forms part of our facilitator competency development process.

Project Support

• decide where RCM should be applied. The Aladon Network provides a decision risk algorithm (supported by EXP Professional software) needed to decide where to appropriately use RCM2 and FMEA methods.  The Network Member provides you with the necessary considerations and guides the process to determine how business context affects risk, priority and strategy for an asset. Fundamental inputs to the decision include safety & environmental, operational, resource availability, current and desired performance level of the asset, current and desired level of understanding of equipment, maturity of maintenance program for the asset and risk tolerance.
• establish precise objectives for each RCM analysis.
• assess the resources needed to apply RCM to specific assets or systems
• draw up implementation plans
• monitor progress
• assess results.
