In addition to RCM2 training, the Aladon Network provides extensive on-site support to help clients ensure that they get the most out of RCM. This support takes two forms:

Our consultants help to ensure that your facilitators, review groups and RCM2 auditors apply RCM2 correctly, and so ensure that your organisation derives the most benefit from this process. This support usually forms part of our facilitator competency development process.
