RCM INTRODUCTORY COURSE

Our 3-day course provides a basic introduction to the principles of RCM. The content can be readily assimilated by maintenance and operations people at all levels, and it is intended for: - managers who are going to be responsible for directing the application of RCM, for auditing its results and for providing resources to apply the process - people who to participate in RCM review groups - anyone else who needs a basic introduction to the RCM process.

This course is also a prerequisite for anyone who plans to attend our RCM facilitator’s course.

Our 3-Day course is offered as a public course or conducted on an in-company basis for classes of up to 16 people.

EXP Enterprise Introductory/Refresher Course
Added as a 4th day to the above mentioned courses. This provides the participants an opportunity to learn how to use EXP Enterprise to conduct RCM2 and MTA analyses, and also how to implement RCM2.
