Aladon Team Expands

Aladon is expanding in 2020 with the addition of Jeffrey Sanford and Kris Hahn. Both Jeffrey and Kris are certified maintenance & reliability professionals (CMRP) and have been Aladon Network members for several years and are joining the Aladon senior staff team.

Jeffrey Sanford, CMRP

Jeffrey Sanford is a senior consultant of reliability engineering and condition assessment, who has worked in maintenance management and reliability for 30 years with CH2MHILL/Jacobs. Jeffrey has been a CMRP for 14 years and an Aladon Network RCM2™ practitioner for nine years.

Jeffrey spent a decade working in the water and wastewater industry as a regional maintenance manager and worked as condition assessment global lead for eight years. He is owner of CH2MHILL ACES and has conducted over 100 condition assessments in 11 countries, including UAE, Australia, New Zealand, US, Canada, Bahrain, UK, Jordan, Kazakhstan and Czech Republic. He has performed RCM analyses and condition assessments for the following industries:

  • Aircraft
  • Automotive
  • Oil and Gas
  • Water and Wastewater
  • Power Generation

While Jeffrey has an impressive career in reliability engineering and condition assessment, he is also incredibly proud of the time he  once water skied around a cow, which is not an easy feat.

Kris Hahn, CMRP

Kris Hahn joins the Aladon senior team as technology manager. Kris has over 25 years of experience in asset management, reliability improvement, operations excellence, continuous improvement and software development. He is also a CMRP and RCM2 practitioner and has also implemented reliability processes such as Reliability Centered Design™ (RCD), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), PM Optimization, “Bad Actor Identification” and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). 

Kris has led asset management and reliability projects in the following industries: 

  • Manufacturing
  • Pulp & paper
  • Mining, oil refining
  • Natural gas
  • Water and Wastewater

Prior to specializing in asset performance management, Kris was the director of the Continuous Improvement department at a large metal building manufacturer and was a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt overseeing five factories and 13 black belts. Early in his career, Kris developed civil and structural software at a large computer graphics company. Kris graduated summa cum laude from Purdue University with a Civil Structural Engineering degree and graduated from UT Austin with a Masters of Civil Engineering.
