With 23 years of hands-on experience as a Utility Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Technician, Simon brings significant oversight knowledge and understanding of maintenance practices to teach, develop, and implement reliability centered maintenance (RCM). He provides technical advice on management decisions during the planning, design, construction, and program management phases of multi-million-dollar municipal capital improvement projects. Simon is BC’s National Leader for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) consulting practices. He manages a team of professionals that deliver a range of services, including operability and maintainability design reviews, commissioning and start-up, O&M manual development, maintenance management strategy development and optimization, training, and plant condition assessments.
